Technical characteristics
Mudd® is made from essential fatty acids, B vitamins, amino acids and minerals. Of all these components, Omega-3 fatty acids (eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid and linoleic acid) along with Omega-6 (gamma linolenic acid) are very important in regulating the shedding process, blocking pro-inflammatory substances and restoring the lipid barrier of the skin. Mudd® prevents massive hair loss, favoring strong and shiny growth.
The balance of fatty acids contained in Mudd® decreases the endogenous production of prostaglandin, which is involved in the activation of the telogen phase that causes hair loss. In addition, zinc contributes to the maintenance of hair, nails and plantar pads under normal conditions and biotin helps to strengthen the skin.

Indications
Mudd® is indicated for all types of dogs and cats, in cases of excessive shedding of the coat. It is useful in cases of dry and sensitive skin, allergies, dry and brittle hair. In the recovery of the coat during the convalescence of an illness. In dogs and cats in the process of pregnancy or lactation.
Its use is recommended in animals prone to excessive hair loss during molting seasons and/or with changes in their fur, skin or nails.
Administration and dosage
Mudd® are administered orally.
As they are palatable tablets, there are usually no problems with their administration. It can be given mixed with food.
